Clarification of Terms: "Registration" refers to registering interest in a class/course or workshop PRIOR to booking.
"Booking" refers to having read the Fee Policy issued with your Invoice and having made FULL PAYMENT prior to the class/course or workshop unless with consent from Fibrefaerie.
PLEASE NOTE:- Be aware of the commitment to a class. CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, except at the discretion of Fibrefaerie.
After registering your interest you will be sent an email with an invoice and details on how to pay.
Full Payment must be received in advance (at least 7 days) to secure your booking.
Payments can be made via Paypal, electronic funds transfer or in person at selected times.
Material lists for each class are compulsory except at the discretion of Fibrefaerie.
Change of Bookings & Cancellations
Fees are 100% non-refundable if a change request or cancellation is made by you within 7 days of the event.
A $20 administration fee applies if you request a change or make a cancellation after you have paid the invoice but a full 7 days before the event, the remainder of the fees may be refunded at the discretion of Fibrefaerie.
If Fibrefaerie cancels a class we will give the option for the booked participants to reschedule to another time. If you cannot make the alternate time and can give at least 7 days notice that you can’t attend this alternative class, your fees will be refunded in full.
If Fibrefaerie cancels the class for whatever reason without the option of rescheduling, fees will be refunded in full.
Fibrefaerie reserves the right to refund fees, waive administration charges and provide discounts or reschedule classes at Fibrefaerie’s discretion, taking into account costs, minimums and extreme circumstances.
